SBI PO Selection Process:
The SBI PO recruitment follows a three-phase selection process:
- Phase 1 – Preliminary Examination: Candidates must first clear the preliminary exam to advance to the next stage.
- Phase 2 – Main Examination: Those who qualify in Phase 1 will appear for the main exam.
- Phase 3 – Psychometric Test, Group Exercise, and Interview: Shortlisted candidates from Phase 2 will be invited for a Psychometric Test, Group Exercise, and Interview.
For the preliminary exam, candidates will not have to submit the call letter at the center, but it will be verified, stamped, and authenticated by the staff. Candidates should retain both the call letter and a stamped copy of their ID proof for future reference.
For the main exam, candidates who qualify for Phase 1 must bring the original authenticated call letter from Phase 1, along with the main exam call letter, ID proof, and any other required documents listed in the “Acquaint Yourself Booklet” and the main exam call letter.
