The Oppo Reno 13 5G series is set to debut in India and several global markets shortly. The company has officially disclosed the launch date for India, which will showcase the Oppo Reno 13 and Reno 13 Pro models. In addition, key specifications like RAM and storage options have been confirmed ahead of the official release. The Oppo Reno 13 5G series was first introduced in China in November 2024.

The Oppo Reno 13 5G series is scheduled to make its debut in India on January 9 at 5 PM IST, as announced through an X post by the company. These smartphones will be available for purchase in the country through Flipkart and the Oppo India e-store.

The official landing page for the Indian variants of the Oppo Reno 13 5G series reveals that the devices will be driven by the powerful MediaTek Dimensity 8350 SoC, complemented by Oppo’s SignalBoost X1 chips. These smartphones will feature AI-enhanced imaging capabilities, offering superior photography experiences. Additionally, the Reno 13 series is said to meet high IP68 and IP69 ratings, ensuring strong dust and water resistance. These features make the devices not only performance-driven but also durable and reliable for various environmental conditions.

The Oppo Reno 13 Pro 5G will feature an impressive 50-megapixel periscope telephoto lens, offering 3.5x optical zoom and a staggering 120x digital zoom. In contrast, the standard Oppo Reno 13 5G will come with a slightly smaller 5,600mAh battery, though it will also support the same 80W SuperVOOC charging technology, ensuring a fast and efficient charging experience for both models.
